PINOT  BIANCO VICENZA DOP

Dry, straw-colour wine, with characteristic aroma  of fruity vine. To be served up with hors-d’oeuvres, first dishes and second dishes of white meats or fish plates’ lunches. To be served at about 8-10 degrees centigrade.

PROSECCO SPUMANTE DOP

Sparkling wine, elegant and characteristic aroma. Suitable  as an  aperitif,  with seefood dishes and  it is perfect for toast cards. To be served at about 6-8 degrees centigrade.

MOSCATO SPUMANTE VICENZA DOP

Pale yellow sparkling wine, with characteristic aroma of the vine, sweet taste. To be served with end meal sweets. To be served at about 6-8 degrees centigrade.

NOVELLO IGP VENETO

Red ruby wine  sometimes with violet reflexes, winy aroma, intense, fruity, round and soft  taste.To be served up with seasoned cheeses, dry fruit, ideal with roast-chestnuts, and  suitable for breaks. To be served at about  18-20 degrees centigrade.

CABERNET VICENZA DOP

Red wine, with intense colour, pleasant aroma,intense dry taste. Ideal for roast and barbecue meat. You are advised to open the bottles 2 hours before drinking. To be served at about 18-20 degrees centigrade.

GARGANEGO DOP
